About
Hi, I’m Dr. Jenna Hennessy, a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Maison Mind Psychology Studio. I work with people who are trying to make sense of difficult emotions, relationships, and transitions in their lives. Many of my clients describe feeling stuck, caught between wanting to move forward and not quite knowing how. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and start to reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Over the years, I’ve helped people navigate anxiety, depression, relationship and family stress, perfectionism, OCD, grief, trauma, and those tough life transitions that can shake your sense of direction or confidence. Whether you’re dealing with constant worry, burnout, self-criticism, or uncertainty about the future, therapy can help you find steadier ground.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), two evidence-based methods that emphasize awareness, flexibility, and action. This means our work isn’t just about talking; it’s about learning how to navigate the moments when your mind won’t stop racing, when you wake up in the middle of the night in a sweat, or when you find yourself back in familiar patterns you’re ready to change.
You’ll leave sessions with practical tools you can use right when you need them to calm your body, shift your thoughts, and respond to stress in ways that align with your values and move you toward the life you want.
Many people come to therapy feeling like they’ve tried everything on their own but still feel disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed. In our work together, you don’t have to carry that alone. We will help you move toward a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more like your own — not perfect, but grounded and sustainable.
