Fees
$300 per 45-minute individual session (CPT 90834). Payment is due at the time of each appointment.
Insurance
Maison Mind is a private-pay practice. You’ll receive a superbill with the documentation needed to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice are charged the full session fee.
